Information we use
When you sign in, we receive your verified Google email and Google account identifier. When you authorize Google Ads, we store access and refresh tokens encrypted on our server. We never receive your Google password. We read the Google Ads accounts, campaigns, app settings, conversion goals and location settings that your Google account is authorized to access.
We store the ad references, source URLs, extracted text, asset links, app identities and editable drafts that you save or import. Media links can expire; we do not promise permanent access to third-party media. Public Transparency source evidence and named search filters are shared with every signed-in Studio user. Your Google Ads connection and account details are private. Edited campaign drafts are stored separately in your browser workspace and are not included in the shared library. Limited operational logs and IP addresses may be retained to operate and secure the website.
How we use and share data
We use this information to display your accounts and saved ads and to perform the campaign and ad-group operations you request. Each time your Google Ads accounts load in Studio, Studio automatically adds Gujarat, India as an excluded location to every non-removed campaign in the accounts you can access; campaigns that explicitly target Gujarat are reported and left unchanged. Google receives API requests and selected creative assets when you use the transfer features. Our hosting provider processes server data on our behalf. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Ad Transfer Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Control and retention
You can sign out or disconnect Google Ads in Studio. Disconnecting revokes the connected authorization and removes the stored OAuth token, but does not delete campaigns in Google Ads or your saved creative library. You may also revoke access in your Google account permissions. We retain saved library records until you request deletion. Contact the email above from your account email to request export or deletion of your Studio account and stored data. Database backups are retained for up to 14 days; deleted data may remain in those backups until they expire. Server credentials and encryption keys are restricted to the application operator.
